what was lost? what was it? examining the emotion, the feeling, the gut reaction to events, the raw and natural response, why? divining, turning over the tarot cards, reading the tea leaves, looking into the crystal ball of emotions, to reveal what? what do the stars say? what do the lines on the palm mean? the aura shows something, but what? the loss of what? and even figuring that out, understanding, getting to the bottom, waiting for the mud to settle, thesis, dissertation, awarding of whatever, and left with what? after knowing, after knowledge, hard fought, or just time delayed, but after knowing, using that knowledge for what? so that it never happens again? so the possibility, the probability approaches 0 for significantly large amounts of time t? such as t = 2.20898482 × 1009 seconds? i guess that depends on what was lost. and what was lost? was it respect? was it honor? was it more than that or more than less? was it simple or is it nothing? is there a word for it? is it even rational? is it natural? whatever it is, whatever it turns out to be, it is, it was, and it's gone.
