time and tide, le passage, the movement of sand through the hourglass, time breeds familiarity, and absense makes the heart grow fonder, and if what you see works works, why try something new, why be adventurous, why chance it, for a life lived in fear, well, is limited, it's bridled, it's not quite fully living, is it? not really. of all the things, and all the times, and seeing is believing, doubting thomas, hands in the wounds, in the side, only then is belief, faith, ha, if it works, it works. really. and it really does work, it really does seem to fit, prim and proper, square pegs in square holes, round pegs in the round holes, and the children's educational plaything is complete and whole again.
