what if? apple's recent attempts at UI changes, specifically on hiding functionality, is just laying the groundwork for their AR UI? Because you won't want static menubars and toolbars clouding your field of view, but you'll need to access additional functionality at any time? And once we get used to the AR UI we'll be looking at current standard static UI on desktop and laptops and tablets and smartphones as old and archaic? panes of glass, windows into worlds, window into our world.
