M starts off Motion, the cuts from the stack
A lends the Action, deep cuts up and back
Z puts those Zzz's, all that spin on the disc
U is for Ups, no matter what the risk
R leads off Runners, going deep for the score
E for the Energy, she's never a bore
K ends the poem, just like it had started,
and it stands for Kooky, which I hope I've imparted
