watched ultimate national championships on ESPN3 on the Apple TV, iPad, and iPhone. and I was slightly shocked that foul discussions still happen. Stoppages of play still happen. And it's still very boring to watch. And it still pisses me off. I always just wanted to play. A foul call should have 1 of 2 responses, contest or no contest, then a resolution. There should be no discussion. There should be no argument. There was a foul call. There should be a decision on contest or not, then a resolution. No discussions. No arguments. I wish observers could be active about stopping pointless talking. I wish they could step in and say, stop talking, you called a foul. Add in "describe" to the contest/no contest that they can say, in order to get a clarification on what the foul was. And then a resolution. Would help the watchability of the game. Also, it annoys me that it looked like teams still call fouls/travels/violations in order to cheat, in order to stop flow of the game. Is Spirit of the Game still a thing? Is sportsmanship not allowable in high level competition? Why is that so? Why is winning mean being wrong, evil, bad, is allowable? Why can't you do the right thing. Why is it so hard?
