music, movies, ownership, rights, privileges, honor and glory. drm-free, a right? product, bought and sold. what exists? or what should exist? i'll buy EMI's DRM-Free version from the iTunes Store for $.30 more, means I could listen to music on my PSP, which i won't do, because i'd listen to it on my ipod. and the psp can't watch movies. that would be nice, then i won't have to buy the widescreen ipod when it comes out, except that i will be getting the iPhone. but DRM? Works for me. Fairplay? Plays fair for me. With the apple tv I get to watch and listen to things from the computer on a tv, and it works well, and easily. the only change that's needed is to carry it with me. and that would mean a widescreen ipod instead of my psp. but i haven't had any problems with the music I've bought, or the movies, or the tv shows. it's been playing fairly well.
