etiquette, tradition, the way things were, the way things used to be, the way things should be, and the way things are done, to do, will do. what works, what doesn't, what worked before, but doesn't make much sense now, how to fit and finagle, piece together disparate elements to make a coherent whole, that doesn't follow what the books say, and it's the books that perpetuate, that continuate, these are the things that question the new ways, the paths that weren't available before, but now laid bare, through agent orange, through earth movers that shake rattle and roll down swaths through rainforests, preventing ants in flowers from providing live giving essense. do it your own way. make it work. and begone rules and regulations that don't make sense.
