expectations, rumors, guessing games, not even hypotheses, no scientific method followed, but that's near impossible, as observation doesn't help when the future is beyond anything in the past. what's next? what are they capable of? all the rumors, all the speculation, and my dream of announcing every guessed at future product, bring out the TV plasma computers, the G5 powerbooks, the subnotes, the tablets, the newton, the full screen video iPod, the xMac, the iTV, iPhone, buying Disney, being bought by Disney, being bought by Sun, releasing OS X for all X86 machines, releasing an office suite software, oh, projectors that auto distort for showing into corners. they should just release it all. and see what sticks. could they afford to do that? maybe, but it'd be awesome. i just want my iTV and more movies and TV shows and maybe HD content, but even that's not necessary. Oh, and maybe an widescreen video iPod. not in the market for anything else. please, bring it on. and the sidenote? CES. What do I want there? Publishing houses to realize the long tail of eBooks, and the sony reader to come out strong. books should go out of print, they should just become eBooks.
