I was typing up an update the other day, and mozilla crashed and the words were lost to the world forever. Well, to sum up the last 4 or 5 days: stadium run, plyo's, Oak Park, Blue Crush, Hackney's, Surprises for Kaze, tried track workout, fish and chips, practice, mongolian BBQ, teammate computer fixing.
