prerational, or just another word for emotional, impulsive, the blink phenomenon, of instantaneous realization, of knowing without knowing, quite simply, of faith, of a belief, that in the end, becomes justified. i prefer prerational, before the head kicks in, starts figuring stuff out, the plodding and pleading and planning, the brick building and laying, what goes where, how it gets there, willy nilly slap it down and go. creation and support, creative support is an unknown concept, a forgotten art means it was unforgotten at some point, but the gut, the instinct, the intuition, the feel, what fingertips listen for gliding across lines and curves, what the ear sees in intonation, a whisper, a shout, and triggers, living in the now, the collective unconscious, but maybe more like the collective subconscious, the hive mind, but just a sense of interconnectedness, a sense of effect, strings tangled yarn.
