byways and highways, overpasses and viaducts, things and places held up by hinges and braces, money expected, money not given, and the steel reinforcements don't look so pretty, and need reinforcing themselves, the structure itself causing delay, slowing down the trains on their southward travel, to bring the northern purples south past dempster, past the problem spots. braces, traces, orthodontic tools and devices to make straight what once was crooked, but eventually the braces come off the the teeth stay straight forever. but what about the viaducts, the bridge, the separation from train and street, the support is there until the bridge itself is fixed, a complete overhaul needed and required to remove the braces, to let it stand on its own, without help, without, but strength from within.
