a single lie makes all others fall like houses of cards, bridges of toothpicks, no matter how solid or immense or imposing, just one little, or not so little, or not so small, or harmless, and everything, crashes down, suddenly all words because unbelievable, all things, not understandable, solidity becomes ephemeral, gaseous, pass hands through it, phase shift, the world spins, the room too, so much to so little, round and round a ferris wheel goes, and wishes made to fortune teller machines that aren't plugged in, and suddenly, the world looks at you differently. and you remember times when things weren't so complicated, or the complications were just different, and wonder what complications will arise in the future
