Another episode of Get Real. Quality television? Maybe. It does however conflict with other television on Wednesday nights. There is also the Drew Carey Show, which is damn funny. And Roswell which hasn't started yet. So Get Real isn't quite that high on my list of shows to watch this fall season. I rate Once and Again over it. And what about Dawson's? It's the 7pm slot on Wednesdays. It's a good lead in, I guess. Tomorrow brings Who's Line is it Anyway on ABC, a really funny show, and I've noticed that I could use a little laugh here and there. But Thursdays this fall can be Popular on the WB at 7 followed up with the Wasteland on ABC at 8. Some good quality time on my ass in front of the tube. So what about Get Real? It is, partly, real, I'm guessing. Real things that people do have to deal with, all except Kenny of course. But he's got the iBook. Another episode with quality product placement by Apple. However, in previews for The West Wing, a Gateway 2000 laptop has a prominent place on the screen. Competition? Maybe. So does Fox have a winner with Get Real? I don't think they're going to snag me.
