They come, they go, they never seem to last, flashes in the pan, flashes of brilliance even, but the consistency, the constancy, the permanence leaves something to be desired. maybe hoping for some company, for someone else to join me on this journey, some one else, maybe, but they fall away. approaching 10 years since it was started, well, 10 years August 5th, with almost a 2 year gap between August 23, 1999 and July 16, 2001, when musings were still written, but not necessarily published, but still, all that time, all that info, lost to the fickleness of memory, of fading neurons, constantly decaying and making space for new and different things, but still, consistency, 7 years running, longer than pretty much anything in my life right now.
