gentrification, urban living, urban renewal, instead of fleeing, urban flocking, the suburbanization of the city, but what about the edge dwellers, the artistes, the fringe, as they had gathered in the cities, near to each other, for support, for living wages, for chances, and experiences closer to the grind, the grunge, the underbelly, but if that goes away, what then? will there be an exodus of artistes? to conclaves in the woods, to communes, to smaller towns, to take over, to overrun, to gather along rail lines and set up shop in disappearing main streets?
