6+ won our only northside game tonight. Women played savage, as usual, and very unlike monday. And after acting as 6+ chauffeur, I got caught in traffic on North LSD, and watched Above + Beyond, the Nationals videos from 2000 for Open and Women's divisions. Absolutely fabulous. The production values are very good, better than the previous year. I'm looking forward to the next year's version, and someday owning them on DVD. I can't wait to get a full Finals video on DVD with a commentary track from various players or personalities. Anyway, there is a killer greatest in the Open version, but the Women's version got me pumped up to play as well. One thing I noticed, players kept mentioning the track workouts they do as a team. Must be a nationals thing. Needs to be something unioncrew needs to do. But nice video work, catching some great hucks, puts, deep shots, good defensive layouts, reads, skies, and so on. All just gets me pumped up to play. Bring on Mason Dixon.
